The main KPI is the adoption of the internal Gen AI solutions and the development and improvements of the models to the needs of the colleagues using it. Also the security aspect in decreasing the use of external models such as ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini and building an internal library of use cases and best in class uses.
With 25 of experience in Communication , Marketing, Customer Experience, Change Management and coaching, Human-AI activation is the natural evolution in my expertise. Amplifying the expertise with the latest AI and adding value as well as efficiency to people and their work are my greatest achievements and drivers.
