Scalable GenAI Adoption for Global Enterprise Implementing a sustainable, 3-pillar blended learning framework to drive Microsoft Copilot adoption across 40 countries.
The Result: Achieved a 28% adoption rate in 6 months (outperforming the 20% industry average) and trained over 20,000 employees within a single year, creating a peer-to-peer learning engine that continues to scale.
Global company present in nearly 40 countries with 150000 employees worldwide needed to scale its GenAI Adoption approach. The organization is complex and the objectives are high. I have implemented a sustainable and scalable blended learning approach to scale the adoption around the Microsoft Copilot. Within 6 months the adoption rate went from 0% to 28% (in similar industries the adoption rate is only 20%). The adoption plan was based on 3 pillars : e-learning (Learn), live gamified sessions (Act) and AI champions community for peer to peer learning (advocate). For the learn parts I have built a strong learning program with tailored trainings for different populations and stakes. For the Act part I have animated a big number of promptathon sessions where I tâches people how to prompt and challenged them. And the AI champions community was also animated by me and people were recruited on a voluntary basis. At the end of the project, 1000 AI Champions were creating trainings and training other employees through the organization on different domains (finance, marketing, PM…). In total, more than 20k people were trained within a year.
The GenAI adoptuon strategy was not sustainable and not scalable. There were some trainings and some events but the reach was not high. The Data and AI Schiol needed to have a more robust roadmap and strategy to reach more people and train them as the AI was at the heart of the company’s strategy. The training of employees was directly linked to the business stakes.
I already explained it before but qi will expand. I have blended a robust learning strategy with a string change management approach. I have created a tailored and problem solving learning content focused on observed needs of the field (critical thinking, prompt engineering standard and advanced, sustainable AI, responsible AI). The content of the most trainings were built by myself and other team members. The live sessions were animated by myself with a gamification approach where people were practicing right away. The satisfaction rate was very high. We even had sessions up to 1,2k people live simultaneously. AI Champions community had a very strong and robust community animation plan with consistent communication. I also managed to create a partnership relationship with other transversal learning academies, managers from other departments and HR Leaders, country leaders but also local L&D directors through the organization. I have mobilized AI Champions through the world to teach them to animate the promptathon live sessions by themselves in their local language. The Champions had access to a ready to go animation and communication kit that I built
I can not shares you internal data which is company’s property but the project was very data driven. So when I say you that the adoption rate went from 0% to 28% within 6 months vs 20% in other similar industries (Microsoft Data), believe me it was measured. And the data that I gave you on the amount of trained people was also measured on a specific dashboard which was closely followed by the Chief AI Officer regularly
Because I have a double expertise and a 180 degree approach where I combine learning strategy and change management to make real impact. Because so have tangible and data proven data on the adoption rate. Because I managed to find concrete solutions to my clients problem which was not being able to scale the adoption around GenAI. Because I know how to adapt and be relevant not only content wise but also format wise for different populations (Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Project Managers, Top Leadership, and even Unions). Because I don’t have bullshit marketing approach but very concrete and tangible strategy with measurable KPI and ROI. And finally, because I live what I do and am really passionate about it. Can talk about the project for hours. So much to deep dive in
